Professor Sir Cary Cooper is a leading expert on workplace wellbeing. He is 50th Anniversary Professor of Organisational Psychology and Health at the Alliance Manchester Business School, part of the University of Manchester, and is co-founder of Robertson Cooper wellbeing specialists and business psychologists. He was knighted for his contribution to social sciences in 2014.
James Wilson, aka The Sleep Geek, was born into a family business which sold beds and mattresses. He dreamed of being a professional footballer, then worked in sleep-related retail and, eventually, became a sleep practitioner giving advice to those who struggle to nod off.

Joanne Chambers is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist and a registered practitioner with the Health and Care Professions Council. She founded Lakeland Capabilities 12 years ago and works with organisations to help them maximise the potential of their employees through a range of business psychology tools.
Dr Zoe Billings has a PhD in Biology and spent 18 years as a police officer, latterly as an inspector managing road traffic fatalities. She uses her background as a biologist to challenge thinking on how we perform as part of the team at the Adapt & Evolve Consultancy.
Dominic is CEO and co-founder of The Halcyon Club, where he supports high-performing professionals in balancing the demands of leadership with long-term resilience. A Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (FRICS), he is also Managing Director of Solomons Europe.
