This work fuses military discipline with psychological principles to guide readers in developing an elite mindset to achieve sustained peak performance. His second book, The 0.1% Academy, expands on these lessons with strategies for thriving in high-pressure environments.

Gareth’s approach is informed by his academic foundation in forensic psychology and ongoing PhD research at the University of Surrey, where he explores the use of Augmented Reality (AR) to enhance decision-making in high-stress scenarios. His operational experience includes serving in Somalia during the one of the largest pirate attacks in recent history and leading security operations for the US Department of Defence in Afghanistan, demonstrating his ability to navigate complexity and risk to achieve targeted outcomes.
